For businesses we take on, we offer hands-on support getting your queue or counting system up and running.

Common Questions

What does "selective" mean?

We work with a limited number of businesses at a time so we can give each one proper attention. Not every inquiry leads to an engagement, but we respond to everyone.

Is there a fee for consulting?

Initial assessment and tool recommendations are complimentary. For businesses that need ongoing implementation support, we discuss scope and pricing on a case-by-case basis.

Why only certain markets?

Our regional resource hubs include curated local resources — chambers of commerce, regulatory contacts, and industry organizations. We expand to new states as we build out that local knowledge.

Do you sell software?

No. We're an independent publication and advisory. We recommend tools made by others — primarily WaitlistApp.org for queue management and DigitalTallyCounter.com for occupancy counting.

What if my state isn't listed yet?

Submit anyway. We still review every inquiry and can provide tool guidance regardless of location. Your submission also helps us prioritize which markets to add next.

I just want to suggest an article topic.

You're welcome to use this form for that! Select "Not Sure Yet" as your primary need and tell us what topic you'd like us to cover in the message field.
